Sample Session
The following session is just an example and not a rigid structure that all my sessions must adhere to.
As part of the onboarding process you fill out a questionnaire that provides me with the context and information around the specific transformation you desire and the needs you have. This information will inform the structure of our sessions as it is both our foundation as well as the thread of gold guiding us to your desired outcome.
I like beginning the call by initiating our space together through some grounding breathwork or a guided visualization.
After, we dive right into the session, we might have already spoken via WhatsApp what the session will be about and I will have prepared for that, be it with a practice, activity, exercise or questions; or if there was no prior determination of topics, we speak about what is coming up for you and set an intention for our time together that day.
Whether we are exploring your inner worlds together or have a set plan for the session, I hold and support you however you are showing up and in whatever you are needing that day.
We close out the session with a return to our intention and a session summary for clarity. Then we move into the plan for the time in between our next session so that you feel optimally supported.
